Getting Started
Banking Information
Merchant ID and Terminal ID's: We create the Terminal ID's and Malia from Global Payments provides us the Merchant ID.
Amount of lanes at the site: This is required for Global Payments.
Pump Types
Wayne, Gilbarco or Kraus: Used for FuelDirect Setup and also determines the type of Pie-Box being used.
Fuel Types
Use the Universal Fuel Type Codes (099, 200, 201, etc...).
Site Address
Site ID: Up to 12 characters.

Provisioning PC Settings
Clone a PC with the FuelPay Sylogist Build.
Check the BIOS and make sure the Power Settings are set to Power ON.
Set a Static IP on the PC by going into the network configuration menu and selecting the IPV4 settings:
IP: 192.168.0.180
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS 1: 8.8.8.8
DNS 2: 8.8.4.4
Setup TeamViewer:
Take note of the ID on the PC.
Click on Computers and Contacts and select the correct section to place the PC. Sections are organized by customer names.
On the right side of the screen click Add Computer and add the information in the fields provided.
ID will be the ID on the PC.
Password is Sylogist123.
Description is Multi-Pass.
Alias is the *Site Name*.
Enable Start TeamViewer with Windows.

Site Configuration
Go to FuelPay Management and log in.
Select Reader --> Receipt.
Under Header input the site address.
Standalone Print Setting --> Softkey Pump Number (This depends on what the site wants).
Private Fleet:
Kardall --> Kardall Configuration.
Enabled needs to be checked.
Kardall Site ID needs to be set. This can be found on Kardpoll/Fusion.
Check Show Price on Receipt.
Host IP Address is the IP address of our server.

Settings
General Settings:
Site ID needs to be set. This is provided from Sylogist.
Province should be set to the correct province.
3-Strike Pump Disable is always set to ON by default.
Enable Both Keyboards should be set to off unless specified by the site.
Pump Values:
Overflow UI Threshold should be set to $0.01.
Messaging Service:
Message Text Subject should be changed to *new site name* Error Report.
Email recipients can be changed at the end when site is live.

Pumps
Go to Configtool and log in.
Fuel Grades:
Add/remove all applicable fuel grades.
Fuel Grade (HOID) is the universal product code which can be found in Kardpoll/FusionPro.

Setting up the MCM (Merchant Connect Multi)
Open the Merchant Connect Multi application on the desktop to set up banking information.
Right click on one of the TID's and select Show Configuration.
Navigate to the General Data Tab.
Input the Debit Terminal ID you created into the Authorization Terminal field and the Credit Terminal ID into the Credit Terminal ID field.
Get the Merchant ID from Malia Sutton at Global Payments and input this information into the Merchant ID field. If this is not readily available come back to this step once you receive this information.
Navigate to the Devices tab and input the Debit Terminal ID in the PinPad ID field.

Adding an SPM
Go to the Configuration tab and select Add new file/terminal.
File --> Open --> This PC --> C:\ --> MerchantCollectMulti --> Open GLOBALEMVDWP.
Everything should now be filled in but change the configuration of the ones shown above to the new readers. E.g. KTTC0D01. After inputting this information, Save As *****DWP1. If you add another reader save the configuration as *****DWP2 etc...
If readers need to be removed, navigate to the configuration screen and click on Remove Files from List.
If the site already exists, relevant information can be copied over to the new PC.
